1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these terms in your location. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and recovery codes, and notify us through support if you believe your account is compromised. One person must not use accounts to evade enforcement or manipulate campaign records.
2. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, automate play, exploit defects, interfere with service availability, probe another user’s account, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use Brightwater to violate law or third-party rights. Report suspected security issues responsibly through support rather than exploiting them.
3. Pre-release service
Features may be incomplete, changed, reset, or withdrawn during development. Availability, matchmaking behavior, leaderboard records, and saved data are not guaranteed. Any communicated development plans reflect direction rather than binding release commitments.
4. Player content
You retain rights you hold in profile text and portraits you upload. You grant the service permission to store, process, resize, and display that content as needed to operate your profile and community features. Only upload content you are authorized to use.
5. Fair play and enforcement
We may reject invalid scores, remove prohibited content, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve records needed to investigate abuse. Enforcement decisions consider severity, evidence, recurrence, and risk to other commanders or the service.
6. Disclaimers and responsibility
The pre-release service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for your device, connection, account security, and lawful use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
Updated terms will show a new effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply where permitted. Questions about these terms can be directed through the help center.
