Common field reports

I cannot sign in. What should I do?+

Check the email and password first, then use password recovery. If two-factor authentication is enabled, use a current authenticator code or one unused recovery code.

Why is my score not on the leaderboard?+

Only signed-in commanders with a verified email can submit campaign results. Results are idempotent, and only your best eligible score is shown.

Can support remove two-factor authentication?+

Use a saved recovery code to sign in and change security settings. The game never asks you to send a password, authenticator secret, or recovery code to another person.

Does difficulty change enemy statistics?+

No. Difficulty changes planning cadence and decision quality only. Unit statistics, economy, damage, and visibility remain shared.

What if WebGL is unavailable?+

The production battlefield requires WebGL. Update the browser and graphics drivers, enable hardware acceleration, or try a supported device. The game intentionally has no 2D battlefield fallback.

How do I report a security issue?+

Do not test against other commanders or attempt to access another account’s data. Confirm the issue without expanding access or retaining data, remove any credentials or personal data from your evidence, and keep the reproduction to the minimum needed.

Account safety reminderBrightwater will never ask you to disclose your password, authenticator secret, recovery codes, or session tokens.Manage account security →
