Operational doctrine
Tito opens with a dedicated mortar team and ammunition surplus. Lobbing high-angle shells into choke points and enemy depot circles scatters light armor and pins foot infantry.

- Infantry speed allows quick retreats when armor closes range.

Establishes independent field production, speeding up mortar fabrication and enhancing rifle skirmish mobility.
